    Information you provide to us

    We collect the following information:

    Account and Profile Information: We collect information about you when you create a support account through our Services. Information we collect includes your name, address, email address, and phone number.

    When you log in for the first time, you need to provide your email address to register your account and set your account password. You can also log in through third-party authorized methods such as "Google Account", "Apple Account" or "Facebook Account". It enables third-party clients to perform authorized login without complicated authentication mechanisms, and only collects device information. The above methods are yours to choose. If you do not provide relevant information, you can log in through the "Try now" mode. If you log in using this mode, you will not be able to experience some functions.

    Other submissions: We collect other data that you may submit to our Services or us directly, such as when you request customer support, sign up for a mailing list, or communicate with us via email or social media sites.

    Information we collect from your use of our Services

    Web Logs and Analytics Information: We record certain information and store it in log files when you interact with our Services.     Device Information: When you interact with our products, we automatically collect device information such as the device's MAC address, IP address, unlimited connection information, operating system type and version, application version number, push notification identifier, log file, and mobile Internet Information.

    location information: To provide users with stricter data protection, starting with Android 6.0, Android has removed programmatic access to the device's local hardware identifier for applications using WiFi and Bluetooth. Now, to scan the hardware identifiers of nearby external devices via bluetooth and WiFi, your app must have the location permission. At the same time, in order for you to use more of our services as requested, this information must be provided. This is essential for our Briturn app to properly trigger lights with a specific program you choose to set up, such as trigger conditions related to the sunrise and sunset times at your location, or the time you come home or leave home. The location data provided by your device using these services will remain on the device and on Briturn. Otherwise our app won't be able to know that you're home, so the "come home and leave home" program you set up won't work (it will only work if our mobile app gets your location).

    Information we collect from other sources

    Information from third party services: We may obtain information, including personal information, from third parties such as our partners and service providers, and combine it with other information we collect from you.

    We may use the information we collect for a variety of purposes, including to:

    You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from Zengge Co., Ltd. by using the unsubscribe link within each email. Even after you opt out from receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative and security messages from us regarding the Services.

    You can delete your previously registered App account at any time. After deleting your account, your personal information will be cleared within seven working days.

    We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Policy. Unfortunately, the Internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you provide to us.

    Our Services are not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
